Homemade Bug Spray For Vegetable Plants

Homemade Bug Spray For Vegetable Plants

Bugs can be a real pain. They usually appear after outside plants are brought inside for the winter, or when a new houseplant is brought home.

To get rid of bugs in houseplants, press a clove of garlic into the plant's soil. If the garlic sprouts and grows, just suffice back.

Spider termites are apt to flourish in warm, dry homes.

Regular misting under the leaves of houseplants will avoid them.

Service of 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup buttermilk, and a gallon of cool water, applied in a mist, is an excellent organic deterrent.

Small flies might in some cases appear around houseplants.

These are called fungis gnats and are safe to plants (and humans) in their adult kind, though their larvae can damage young roots.
